Strategically located in a peaceful neighborhood. 5 mins drive to U of A, NAIT, Royal Alex Hospital, Kingsway mall & 5 KM to Rogers place/hockey Arena, easy access to Yellow head trail and Anthony Henday highway. 11 km to West Edmonton Mall & Commonwealth stadium. Close to shopping center, Pubs & restaurants.

Cozy bedrooms for 1 - 6 guests, spacious living room with smart TV, 2 couches and air mattress for additional guests to sleep. The master bedroom is ensuite, each room has a queen size bed and full- size closet. Beautiful, clean and centrally located.
